Abstract

Many household-scale tofu industries in Indonesia still do not have a liquid waste treatment process. The reluctance of the tofu factory owner to treat the liquid waste because it is difficult to process, plus it is considered not to produce added value. Whereas tofu liquid waste has the potential to produce biogas in an aerobic process.
